Bass Guitar
I have always wanted to play the bass since I can't remember, probably thought it was easier with only 4 strings, but didn't act on it until invited to join my first band because the others thought I could read music. Well I could but playing the cornet in a brass band was a little different.
Anyway I soon discovered a love for the bass and when I got the chance to join a real 10 piece gigging band I didn't have to think twice. It's great to be in a band that has supported my development so much and where everyone gets to have an input. It would be even better if I could just slip in a few more funky/disco songs as my main influences come from that side, although something by level 42 is probably going too far.
